To ensure the best possible outcome, please carefully follow the pre- and post-care instructions below.
Lamination CONTRAINDICATIONS

Pregnant or breastfeeding – Not recommended for pregnant women as a safety precaution

Psoriasis/Eczema – Not suitable for treatment if in the treatment area

Sunburn on or around the brow area - Not suitable for treatment

Ultra-Sensitive Skin - Not suitable for treatment

Recent scar tissue – Not suitable for treatment

Blepharitis – (Inflammation of the eyelids) Not suitable for treatment

Recent laser treatment (within 6 weeks of the service) - Not suitable for treatment

Excessive Allergies – Not suitable for treatment

Medication that causes blood or skin thinning (contraindication to waxing) - Not suitable for treatment

No self-tanning products should be used on the face for one week prior to treatment.

Cancer – It’s best to refrain from treatment during chemotherapy, and several months after your last treatment, as the brows are still susceptible to the effects of the drugs.
BROW SCULPTING PRE-CARE
Please follow these guidelines prior to your appointment:

Avoid retinol/retinoids, AHA/BHA acids, exfoliants, or any active skincare on/around the brow area at least 48 hours before your appointment.

No consumption of Accutane (Isotretinoin) for a minimum of 6 months.

Try to arrive with clean skin – no makeup, oils, SPF, brow gel, or serums on the brows.
-
Avoid coffee, pre-workouts, or stimulants the day of your appointment if you are sensitive, as they can increase skin sensitivity.

Do not schedule if you have fresh Botox (wait minimum 7 days)

Ensure your skin is not compromised – no peeling, irritation, sunburn, or active breakouts around the brows.

Do not tweeze, trim, thread, laser or use electrolysis/any other hair removal methods on your brows at least 7 days before your appointment.

BROW SCULPTING POST-CARE
Proper aftercare is essential for beautiful, lasting results. Please follow these steps carefully:

First 24 Hours

Keep brows dry – avoid water, steam, sweating, and saunas.

Avoid using exfoliants (AHA/BHA), retinol, or harsh cleansers around the brow area for at least 24 hours to avoid irritation.

Do not rub the area.
-
Avoid makeup, oils, or heavy skincare around the brows.​

Avoid oil-based cleansers around the brows.
-
Minimize sun exposure to slow fading.
-
Gently cleanse the area — no harsh scrubbing.
