STUDIO POLICIES

Clients must be 18 years of age or older. (Applicable to PMU services)
For health and safety reasons, no children or plus ones are allowed.
We kindly ask that you arrive alone to maintain a calm, sanitary environment.
SKYN HAUS CO reserves the right to refuse service or discontinue treatment at any time to ensure the safety and comfort of our clients and staff.

RESCHEDULING & CANCELLATIONS

A minimum of 72 hours (3 days) notice is required to reschedule your appointment.
Each client is permitted one complimentary reschedule.
Appointments cancelled, rescheduled, or missed with less than 72 hours’ notice may result in the loss of your deposit and the full service amount being charged.
No-shows may result in the loss of your deposit and the full service amount being charged.

Late arrivals

A 15- minute grace period is provided for all appointments.
Clients arriving more than 15 min late may need to be rescheduled or have their appointment cancelled.
If your appointment cannot be accommodated due to late arrival, your deposit may be forfeited and the full service amount may be charged.

DEPOSITS

A non-refundable deposit is required to secure all appointments.
Your deposit will be applied toward the cost of your service.
Deposits are non-transferable and cannot be applied to another client.
