STUDIO POLICIES

Clients must be 18 years of age or older. (Applicable to PMU services)
For health and safety reasons, no children or plus ones are allowed.
We kindly ask that you arrive alone to maintain a calm, sanitary environment.
SKYN HAUS CO reserves the right to refuse service or discontinue treatment at any time to ensure the safety and comfort of our clients and staff.

RESCHEDULING & CANCELLATIONS

A minimum of 72 hours (3 days) notice is required to reschedule your appointment.
Each client is permitted one complimentary reschedule.
No-shows or appointments cancelled with less than 72 hours’ notice will be charged the full service amount.
A 15-minute grace period is provided; arriving beyond this may result in rescheduling and forfeiture of your deposit.

BOOKING & DEPOSITS

A 30% deposit is required to secure and confirm your appointment.
This deposit is applied toward your total service cost on the day of your appointment.
All deposits and appointment payments are non-refundable and non-transferable.
